Beehive recognises the importance of employing the correct individuals for each contract. We seek a certain calibre of individual who shares our ethos and passion towards our work.
To ensure the success of this policy and the retention of our staff we pay them a very good wage, markedly higher than the minimum wage and current rates for cleaning staff. We do expect a high standard in return and insist upon reliability, punctuality, honesty and effective communication.
This approach fosters a loyalty and commitment from them towards both us and our clients. In turn we do all that we can to be flexible and fair employers.
Due to the nature of our clientele, each employee is checked through the criminal records bureau and has to provide references to their character and career.
