Our Ethos
Beehive Cleaning and Maintenance Contractors was established in early 2006.
We believe in offering exceptional customer service with a personal yet professional touch. In fact, it was our sheer frustration with the growing prevalence of "profit NOW - at all costs" that inspired us to start our company.
We approach every job, every day, with courtesy and honesty. We respect you and your property and value your security and privacy. We believe in partnership and the longterm, in being flexible and working together. This extends not only to our clients but also to our employees and ensures that we all approach your contract with the same commitment.
Our management team have over 30 years experience from a variety of sectors including leisure, retail and operations.
This "can do" attitude coupled with effective communication and the latest innovations has already seen us make significant strides into our market place and will ensure our future growth and success.

Our Name
Many people have asked us why we have called ourselves Beehive, after all we do not clean or maintain the homes of bees!
The answer is really quite simple. The beehive is the most sterile place on our planet.
Bees produce a substance called propolis and use this to coat the inside of their hives, thus making it super clean and totally sterile! Whilst we do not profess to reach their impeccable standards, the bees inspire us to strive for perfection in everything that we do. We also share their hive mentality; we passionately look after our own and see each client as a part of us, whether commercial or domestic, one off or contract. This attitude is extended to our staff as well. By looking after them and being aware of their needs we can ask them to treat our clients accordingly.
Last but not least is the environment. Bees are a fundamental part of the circle of life and our world would be different without them; again we are inspired; firstly, to become as integral to you and your living and working environment - It may sound a lofty aim but we firmly believe in setting the bar high. Secondly to the environment as a whole, we are very aware that what we do in our daily lives affects our planet, we work hard to minimise this impact and strive to be carbon neutral at the very least. Our Future
As already stated, Beehive believe in the longterm. We already have a firm base in North Devon and are firmly committed to sustained growth and development. We are currently looking into expanding into other parts of the county and the South West region as a whole and hope to have a presence in South Devon by mid 2007 at the latest. With Avon and Somerset to follow soon after you can be assured that we will be servicing the needs of the West Country and beyond for many years to come.
